Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Compensation Lead is responsible for managing the recruiting process, building candidate pipelines, and supporting compensation research to enable faster hiring across various teams in a growing geothermal energy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage candidate pipelines for various roles
- Manage initial screening and candidate interactions to ensure smooth communication
- Track and improve recruiting success metrics and processes
- Maintain a long-term hiring plan and update stakeholders on recruitment progress
- Support the People Operations team with compensation research and bi-annual compensation reviews
Requirements
- Build upon and run existing systems to enable faster and more hiring across all teams, including software engineers, geophysical experts, geologists, drilling managers, administrators, and finance.
- Manage the recruiting process such as building a healthy pipeline of candidates, managing initial screening and candidate interactions, and ensuring candidate interactions with the company are smooth.
- Achieve a structured process for closing qualified candidates with a target time-to-hire of 5 weeks.
- Build and implement systems to track and improve the ability to measure recruiting success.
- Maintain a longer-term hiring plan and ensure that Executive team members and necessary stakeholders are updated on the recruiting process.
- Support the People Operations function for compensation research and bi-annual compensation review.
