Job Description

A sales-focused role supporting the deployment of solar energy solutions for commercial and industrial real estate clients, involving market research, outreach, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive multi-million dollar deals and promote renewable energy adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research properties, identify owners, and develop outreach strategies to target potential clients.
  • Qualify outbound leads and conduct introductory meetings with decision makers.
  • Collaborate with sales, project development, and platform teams to understand market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems like Salesforce and Astra.
  • Build and support a sales pipeline for large-scale solar energy projects.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a solid internship or 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to research properties, uncover property owners, and investigate approaches to pitch them on solar energy.
  • Willingness to hop on the phone with potential clients and create email outreach campaigns.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to updating and maintaining data in Salesforce and Astra.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and rapidly growing environment, working cross-functionally with sales, account management, project development, and platform teams.
  • Flexible and quick to respond to dynamic challenges and changing priorities.
  • Ability to articulate solutions and find effective ways to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Located in Boulder or Denver, Colorado, or willing to relocate to the Boulder/Denver area.

Salary range of $64,800 - $90,200 per year plus equity in the form of stock options
