Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with real estate clients to deploy solar and energy storage solutions across their properties.
Coordinate with sales and development teams to streamline client communications and internal hand-offs.
Oversee project deployment processes from contract signing to project completion, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Communicate complex financial and technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support project expansion and broader engagement.
Requirements
You have 3 years of client-facing experience, building and managing long-lasting relationships.
You can guide clients through complex processes with ease, manage challenging conversations, creatively solve business problems on the fly, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
You have superior communication skills and are able to explain complicated concepts in a variety of ways to ensure everyone understands and is up to speed.
You are organized and process-oriented, with a desire to build and employ a playbook for every situation to deliver order from chaos, ensure stakeholder alignment, and sweat the details.
You have a no-task-is-too-small attitude and are willing to work on big projects that make a big impact, with a focus on completing all necessary tasks.
You are comfortable with numbers and have financial fluency, particularly in communicating complex financial concepts related to on-site energy projects.
You thrive in a team environment, demonstrating a team ethos, and work well in a creative, inventive, fast-paced, rapid-growth environment with passionate colleagues.
