Job Description
Wunder is seeking team members to support the development and deployment of commercial solar energy projects, helping businesses and communities transition to clean energy solutions while contributing to the company's mission of addressing the energy crisis and promoting sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop solar projects across various properties nationwide.
- Assess properties for solar suitability and feasibility.
- Coordinate with teams to design and implement solar energy solutions.
Requirements
- Ability to evaluate and develop solar energy projects at scale, including experience with commercial solar projects across various property types such as self-storage facilities, schools, data centers, and industrial logistics facilities.
- Experience evaluating more than 30,000 properties for solar deployment across all 50 states, demonstrating familiarity with diverse geographic and regulatory environments.
- Proficiency in using proprietary technology platforms for solar project development, indicating technical skills relevant to solar energy systems and project management.
- Strong understanding of the technical, financial, and operational aspects of solar energy systems, including system sizing (average system size approximately 430 kilowatts) and environmental impact (e.g., offsetting 350,000 pounds of coal annually).
