Job Description
A full-time analyst role focused on evaluating properties for solar energy projects, generating accurate customer offers, conducting market research, and supporting the company's rapid growth in deploying commercial solar solutions across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate properties for solar deployment and generate accurate customer offers
- Conduct market research to support expansion efforts
- Act as a strategic partner for business development and assist in structuring transactions
- Manage a fast-paced workload with the ability to re-prioritize tasks as needed
- Collaborate with the technical team to encode market intelligence into proprietary software platform
Requirements
- You are a recent graduate with a solid foundation built upon strong internships, part-time roles, or maybe even a full-time position in Project Management, Finance, Economics, Energy, or adjacent industries that have helped arm you with both hard and soft skills.
- You are comfortable managing details, digging into spreadsheets, conducting market research, thinking analytically, and working cross-functionally.
- You are flexible, a quick responder, and able to operate in a fast-moving, multi-threaded environment, enjoying building broad context across many initiatives and moving multiple workstreams forward at once.
- You respond quickly, adapt easily, and see flexibility as a core strength.
- You are detail-oriented and comfortable in a spreadsheet, ensuring all details are accurate and able to prepare quantitative explanations at an executive level.
- You are client-obsessed, understanding that the client’s needs are front and center, and you relentlessly raise the bar for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- You communicate openly about obstacles and opportunities and seek continuous improvement, leveraging every event to build growth and efficiency.
- You are a driver of growth for your own outcomes and your team’s shared outcomes.
- You thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced, rapid-growth environment with a team that is passionate about their work and mission, and you crave working cross-functionally.

- You are located in Boulder or Denver, Colorado, or willing to relocate to the Boulder/Denver area.

Salary range: $58,500 - $78,000 per year
