Job Description
A full-time sales role focused on developing and managing a pipeline of large-scale solar energy projects by engaging with commercial and industrial real estate clients, supporting the deployment of renewable energy solutions, and contributing to climate change mitigation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target commercial and industrial real estate properties and owners.
- Qualify outbound leads and develop a sales pipeline for large-scale solar energy projects.
- Conduct outreach to key decision makers through phone calls and email campaigns.
- Schedule and conduct introductory meetings with potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales, project development, and platform teams to understand market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and internal data systems.
Requirements
- Be a recent graduate with a solid internship or 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to ensure all data entries and updates in Salesforce and Astra are accurate and consistent.
- Possess strong research skills to investigate properties, uncover property owners, and identify target customers.
- Have excellent communication skills, including the ability to conduct outbound outreach, create compelling email campaigns, and engage in introductory meetings with potential clients.
- Be able to quickly react and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly changing work environments.
- Be located in or willing to relocate to the Boulder or Denver, Colorado area.
- Be able to work full-time in-office at the Boulder, CO headquarters, with no remote or hybrid options.

Salary range of $64,800 - $90,200 per year plus equity in the form of stock options
