The Wastewater Technical Manager is responsible for leading the development, design, and delivery of wastewater projects for municipal clients across the New England region, collaborating with internal teams and clients to provide effective water treatment solutions and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with municipal clients to develop, design, and deliver wastewater projects.
Evaluate, plan, design, and oversee the construction of wastewater systems.
Lead the delivery of multiple wastewater projects in coordination with internal teams and clients.
Support marketing and proposal efforts for wastewater projects.
Requirements
A Professional Engineer license (or equivalent engineering licensure) with the ability to collaborate with municipal clients on wastewater projects.
Solid experience in evaluating, planning, designing, and constructing wastewater systems.
Familiarity with a broad range of issues related to master planning, collections, treatment, and biosolids systems is preferred.
Ability to lead the delivery of multiple wastewater projects in collaboration with the Technical Manager, including working directly with clients and internal teams.
Willingness and ability to support marketing and proposal efforts related to wastewater projects.
Location flexibility to work in Canton, MA; Andover, MA; Northampton, MA; Providence, RI; or Middletown, CT, with a typical expectation of 2 to 3 days in the office or onsite with clients.
Willingness to travel up to 20% within the New England region to client sites.
Ability to work in a hybrid work schedule, combining remote work with onsite presence as required.
