The Relationship Manager at Palmetto is responsible for supporting and managing partner relationships related to the company's financial products in the renewable energy sector, ensuring smooth transaction processes, providing training, and fostering collaboration to drive partner success and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage support and processing of Palmetto's financial products for stakeholders.
Establish and maintain communication and relationships with Certified Installer partners.
Visit partners onsite to build trust and collaboration.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve friction points related to milestones and platform functionality.
Provide coaching and training to sales reps on LightReach products and portal usage.
Proactively evaluate and improve partner resources and processes.
Deliver in-person sales training on LightReach processes and regional positioning.
Support partner resolutions and escalations through customer support channels.
Participate in strategic planning and forecasting activities with EPC partners.
Requirements
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a customer, tech, or sales support role
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a sales-partner-facing role
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required
Experience with interpreting data reports to streamline workflows (preferred)
Willingness to travel in the region up to 50%
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Customer service mindset
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Experience in the construction or solar industry (preferred)
Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check
