The Relationship Manager at Palmetto is responsible for supporting and managing partnerships with certified installers, providing training and support for solar financing products, building strong relationships, and ensuring smooth transaction processes to drive partner success and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage support and processing ecosystem for Palmetto's financial products
Establish and maintain communication with Certified Installer partners
Build and strengthen relationships with key partners through onsite visits
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve friction points related to milestones and platform functionality
Provide coaching and training to sales reps on LightReach products and portal usage
Identify and address objections to business transactions, supporting frontline sales partners
Deliver in-person sales trainings on LightReach processes and positioning
Support partner resolutions and escalations via Intercom
Contribute to strategic planning and forecasting activities with EPC partners
Continuously evaluate and improve partner resources and internal processes
Requirements
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a customer, tech, or sales support role
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a sales-partner-facing role
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent educational qualification
Experience with interpreting data reports to streamline workflows (preferred)
Willingness to travel in the region up to 50%
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with third-party proposal platforms such as Solo, Aurora, Solargraf, Enerflo, etc. (familiarity preferred)
Ability to deliver in-person sales training on LightReach processes and competitive positioning
Knowledge of the construction or solar industry (preferred)
Fluency in Spanish (preferred)
