The Senior Client Manager at Woodard Curran is responsible for leading client service teams, developing client relationships, and driving growth in water and wastewater projects for municipal clients, with a focus on innovative solutions and industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities

Identify unmet needs of large, complex municipalities and deliver innovative, customized solutions.
Requirements
Deep expertise in water and wastewater services, specifically serving water and wastewater municipalities across the Mid-Atlantic region.
Experience in developing and leading high-performing client service teams drawn from the firm's top talent.
Ability to develop and direct clients and capture and develop plans to grow the impact of deployed solutions.
Proven ability to drive growth critical to the mission of the firm through client engagement and account development.
Self-motivated to build internal relationships to form the right teams and solutions based on understanding client needs.
Experience working with large, complex municipalities to identify and address unmet needs through a solutions-oriented approach.
Ability to effectively showcase innovative project delivery methods and technical capabilities during client and business engagements.
Travel availability up to 20% for client engagement and business development activities.
Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
Strong communication skills to engage with clients, internal teams, and industry stakeholders.
Ability to work in a highly visible position within the firm and the broader industry, demonstrating leadership and technical expertise.
Experience in creating customized solutions tailored to specific client needs in the water and environmental sectors.
