The role involves strategic enterprise sales of Samsara's emerging IoT product lines, partnering with senior account executives to drive adoption, develop pipelines, and engage with high-level clients to support long-term growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Co-develop an emerging product pipeline with Account Executives across major accounts
Drive pilot strategy and success metrics for early adoption of new products
Own executive-level discovery and storytelling for emerging SKUs
Partner with Go-To-Market and Product teams to provide feedback and influence product roadmap
Build frameworks, assets, and insights that can be scaled across the sales organization
Champion and embed the company's cultural principles within the sales team
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years in complex, full-cycle enterprise sales.
Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts and 100k ARR transactions.
Demonstrated success with 6- and 7-figure deals.
Clear, confident communicator with strong customer instincts.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ability to lead through influence.
Experience co-developing an emerging product pipeline with Account Executives across major accounts.
Ability to drive pilot strategy and success metrics for early adoption of new products.
Experience owning executive-level discovery and storytelling for emerging SKUs.
Ability to partner with Go-To-Market (GTM) and Product teams to feed back insights and shape product roadmap.
Experience building frameworks, assets, and insights that scale across a sales organization.
Ability to champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles, including Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, and Win as a Team.
Comfortable presenting to and influencing C-suite executives.
Ability to operate in strategic partnership with senior Account Executives and account teams.
Must be able to work remotely within the United States, with the ability to secure and maintain the legal right to work in the specified work location.
