The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing complex purchase orders, contracts, and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance and supporting corporate procurement processes while collaborating across departments in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Form and administer complex purchase orders, subcontracts, consulting agreements, and related invoices.
Coordinate with internal project teams, corporate departments, and suppliers to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Provide support for vendor qualification, setup, insurance review, and contract review.
Conduct investigations into complex problems, gaps, and opportunities across multiple functions.
Requirements
Perform tasks involved in the formation and administration of complex purchase orders, subcontracts, consulting agreements, and related invoices through coordination with internal project teams, corporate departments, and suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Provide advanced support to facilitate the completion of Corporate Services requirements, such as vendor qualification and set-up, vendor insurance review, and vendor contract review.
Conduct investigations and inquiries into complex problems, gaps, and opportunities, and coordinate across several functions as necessary.
Demonstrate a strong remote work etiquette, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and collaborate effectively across departments, functions, and titles while working independently and under strict deadlines.
