The Industrial Water Project Manager at Woodard Curran is responsible for leading and delivering industrial water and wastewater projects across the U.S., managing project teams through various phases, and providing engineering solutions to industrial clients while fostering client relationships and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, lead, and deliver industrial water wastewater projects across the U.S.
Manage project teams through planning, preliminary design, final design, construction, start-up, and operations phases.
Mentor and support staff and clients throughout project execution.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including electrical, structural, CAD, operations, and SCADA to enhance project outcomes.
Support project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
Requirements
Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license in the relevant state or ability to obtain one.
Ability to manage project teams from the planning, preliminary design, final design, construction, start-up, and operations phases of facilities or infrastructure.
Experience in developing, leading, and mentoring project teams in industrial water wastewater projects.
Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and mentor project teams.
Ability to support and manage industrial water wastewater projects across the United States.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% within the continental United States.
Experience in providing high-quality engineering and design services to industrial and commercial clients.
Demonstrated focus on industrial clients and safe practices in project execution.
