Job Description
A Senior Software Engineer responsible for developing user interfaces and web applications to help manage distributed energy resources and improve customer experience in energy markets, utilizing modern web frameworks like React and working across API and middleware layers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build user interfaces and client-side web applications for energy market management and customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain APIs and middleware layers to support web applications.
- Create both customer-facing and internal tools with a focus on product design and functionality.
Requirements
- Experience with modern web development frameworks, especially React.
- Experience working on the API and middleware layer.
- Ability to build user interfaces and client-side web applications to help energy market experts manage complex distributed resources in wholesale energy markets.
- Ability to create both customer-facing tools and functional internal tools, with good judgment on which to build.
- Passion for product and design.
- Authorization to work from a home location in the US or Canada.
- Must be within 4 hours of North American Eastern Time (GMT-1 to GMT-9).

- Ability to work primarily from your home country, with travel outside the country requiring approval as per the Global Remote Travel Policy.
