Job Description
The Market Operations Analyst at Voltus is responsible for improving operational efficiency, managing projects, and analyzing energy markets and demand-side resources, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Measure, track, and analyze performance metrics
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve workflow
- Manage projects related to energy markets and demand-side resources
- Develop a deep understanding of energy markets and demand-side resources
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work from their home location in the US or Canada, unless otherwise indicated on the role description.
- Ability to work primarily from their home country, with approval required for working while traveling to other countries as per the Global Remote Travel Policy.
- Relentless attention to detail in all tasks.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
- Intellectual curiosity about energy markets and demand-side resources.
- Proven ability to measure and track performance metrics related to work processes.
- Experience in automating repetitive tasks after initial measurement and tracking, indicating a process of continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated drive to improve efficiency and execute on promises to internal and external customers.
