Job Description
A People Operations Associate supports HR systems and processes, including administration, compliance, benefits, performance management, and employee lifecycle support, to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute HR systems administration and ensure smooth operation of HR programs
- Coordinate compliance activities related to HR policies and regulations
- Manage people metrics and reporting
- Administer employee benefits and leave programs
- Support performance management processes
- Provide operational support across the employee lifecycle
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
Requirements
- Experience in executing HR systems administration, compliance coordination, people metrics, benefits administration, performance management, leave management, and process support across the employee lifecycle.
- Highly organized, systems-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving operational issues related to HR and People Operations functions.
- Ability to partner with the Senior Director, People Operations, to deliver exceptional HR systems and operational support.
- Authorization to work from a home location in the US or Canada, with the ability to work primarily from the employee's home country, and compliance with Voltus's remote work and travel policies.
- No visa sponsorship or transfer required at the time of hire.
