A People Operations Associate supports HR systems and processes, including administration, compliance, benefits, performance management, and employee lifecycle support, to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute HR systems administration and ensure smooth operation of HR programs
Coordinate compliance activities related to HR policies and regulations
Manage people metrics and reporting
Administer employee benefits and leave programs
Support performance management processes
Provide operational support across the employee lifecycle
Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
Requirements
Experience in executing HR systems administration, compliance coordination, people metrics, benefits administration, performance management, leave management, and process support across the employee lifecycle.
Highly organized, systems-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving operational issues related to HR and People Operations functions.
Ability to partner with the Senior Director, People Operations, to deliver exceptional HR systems and operational support.
Authorization to work from a home location in the US or Canada, with the ability to work primarily from the employee's home country, and compliance with Voltus's remote work and travel policies.
