Job Description
A full-cycle Go-to-Market Recruiter responsible for sourcing and hiring talent for Voltus's commercial and enterprise sales teams, partnering closely with leadership to support the company's growth in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for commercial operations, focusing on enterprise and commercial sales roles
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent
- Leverage deep recruiting expertise and industry network to source candidates
- Maintain familiarity with distributed energy resources (DERs) and the commercial energy landscape
Requirements
- Candidates must reside and be authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
- Candidates must be authorized to work from their home location in the US or Canada and cannot be sponsored for visas or transfers at this time.
- Candidates must have deep recruiting expertise in full-cycle recruiting for commercial operations, specifically focusing on enterprise and commercial sales.
- Candidates must have a strong network in the energy sector.
- Candidates must have firsthand familiarity with distributed energy resources (DERs) and the commercial landscape in which they operate.
- Candidates must be able to partner closely with Sales leadership to identify, attract, and hire talent for commercial operations.
