The Customer Success Associate at Voltus manages customer onboarding and ongoing account support to ensure clients are prepared to participate successfully in energy markets, providing a seamless experience and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage new and existing customer onboarding from start to finish
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding and ongoing support
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Energy Markets teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Drive customer adoption and set expectations at the beginning of the customer journey
Schedule and lead meetings with internal teams and customers to communicate onboarding progress
Support customers and sales teams with account-related questions post-onboarding
Requirements
Authorized to work from their home location in the US or Canada, unless otherwise indicated on the role description.
Ability to manage new and existing customer onboarding from start to finish and provide ongoing account support.
Experience in scheduling and leading business meetings with internal teams and customers to communicate onboarding status and ensure seamless internal handoff.
Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Energy Markets teams and deliver the best customer experience.
Ability to drive customer adoption and set expectations at the beginning stage of the customer journey.
Experience in supporting customers and sales teams beyond onboarding with account-related questions.
Ability to work primarily from their home country, with approval required for working while traveling to other countries, in accordance with the Global Remote Travel Policy.
