Job Description
An internship position focused on gaining knowledge and skills in energy markets and demand side management, helping customers profit from their involvement in energy markets while developing operational and analytical expertise in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the energy markets team in analyzing and understanding energy market dynamics
- Support efforts to help customers profit from their participation in energy markets
- Contribute to process improvement, operational, and analytical tasks related to energy demand response programs
- Learn about demand side management and energy industry practices
Requirements
- Authorization to work from their home location in the US or Canada, unless otherwise indicated on the role description.
- Ability to work primarily from their home country, with travel to other countries only if approved as per the company's Global Remote Travel Policy.
- Strong desire to learn about energy markets and demand side management.
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for delivering a cleaner energy future.
- Grit, intelligence, and a good attitude.
- Ability to improve process improvement, operational, and analytical skillsets during the internship.
- The internship can be full-time or part-time, indicating flexibility in working hours.
