Job Description

The Technical Project Manager will lead critical hardware projects to commercialize next-generation solar technology, overseeing project scope, installation, and coordination with partners to scale innovative solar manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mission-critical hardware projects to support the commercialization of next-generation solar technology.
Manage project scope within an external tool scale-up program.
Oversee installation and commissioning of new pilot manufacturing equipment.
Coordinate with external manufacturing partners and internal technical teams.
Handle project budgeting, scheduling, and partner communication.

Requirements

Experience in leading mission-critical hardware projects that drive the commercialisation of advanced solar technology or similar industrial hardware projects.
Proven ability to manage project scope within an external tool scale-up program, including overseeing installation and commissioning of new pilot tools at a manufacturing facility.
Strong project leadership skills with responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, and partner coordination, working closely with external manufacturing partners and internal technical teams.
Organisational skills, proactive approach, and enthusiasm for scaling real-world hardware projects.
Full working rights in Australia; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
