Job Description
A hands-on, highly organized Technical Project Manager responsible for coordinating and managing multiple R&D workstreams, resources, and lab operations to ensure the successful execution of scientific experiments and projects within a cutting-edge solar technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple concurrent R&D workstreams and experiments.
- Manage resources and lab operations to ensure efficient use.
- Ensure the smooth execution of scientific experiments across the facility.
- Collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, technicians, and lab operators.
- Provide leadership with clear data to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in managing multiple concurrent R D workstreams, coordinating scientific and experimental work, and ensuring the smooth execution of experiments across a facility.
- Ability to work closely with scientists, engineers, technicians, and lab operators to keep projects on track and ensure resources are used efficiently.
- Proven hands-on experience in a technical environment, with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex scientific programs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage resources and lab operations effectively.
- Experience in providing leadership with clear data to inform strategic decisions in a research and development setting.
