Job Description
A Junior Broker Intern position focused on learning and supporting the trading of domestic environmental certificates within a leading energy and environmental commodities platform, with opportunities to develop into a full-time broker role.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and perform basic tasks related to trading domestic environmental certificates such as ACCUs, LGCs, STCs, VEECs, ESCs, and PRCs
- Manage external relationships with market participants and stakeholders
- Develop skills to work independently and progress toward full-time brokerage responsibilities
Requirements
- The candidate must be results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- The candidate must have an aptitude for managing external relationships.
- The candidate must have the ability to work autonomously.
- The candidate must be willing to learn basic tasks related to brokering in environmental commodities.
- The candidate must be interested in dealing with domestic certificate schemes such as ACCUs, LGCs, STCs, VEECs, ESCs, and PRCs.
