Job Description

The Account Executive Sales Manager role involves engaging with enterprise clients across various industries in Australia, driving SaaS sales through a high-growth, fast-paced environment, and leveraging a category-leading AI-native marketing platform to deliver personalized customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with enterprise-level clients across various industries in the Australian market.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with a strong hunter mindset.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals for SaaS products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate product value.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate and qualify inbound leads and SDR leads.
  • Present and demonstrate the company's AI-native platform for customer experience and marketing.
  • Drive profitable growth by individualizing experiences and connecting data across channels for clients.

Requirements

  • A strong hunter mindset and passion for working in a hyper-growth MarTech scale-up with a rapid sales cycle.
  • Experience engaging with enterprise-level clients in the Australia market across various industries such as retail, finance, automotive, telecom, and travel.
  • Ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline with inbound marketing leads and SDR lead generation.
  • Demonstrated success in developing sales in SaaS or similar technology environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients across different industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B SaaS environment.
