Job Description
The Contracts Coordinator supports the administration, execution, and compliance of data center-related contracts within a dynamic energy infrastructure company, ensuring contractual obligations are met and aligned with project and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administration, execution, and compliance of data center-related contracts.
- Manage multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
- Maintain documentation of contract templates, approvals, and statuses.
- Drive efficient contract execution through signature workflows and translating contract terms into actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms during construction and operations phases.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with safety, performance, schedule, quality, and cost objectives.
- Communicate contract requirements and insights effectively with senior leadership and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-5 years of experience in contracts management in an EPC utility scale construction environment, including contract formation administration, change orders, negotiation, etc.
- Legal, estimating, engineering or other relevant experience is a plus
- Skilled negotiator and able to lead Lease, EPC, and O M negotiations
- Experience working in an engineered systems project-based business model
- Experience in data center construction is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of financials and negotiation tactics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
