Job Description
The Senior Business Recruiter at Samsara is responsible for attracting, hiring, and advising on talent acquisition strategies across multiple functions, ensuring a diverse and qualified workforce to support the company's growth and mission of transforming physical operations through IoT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex hiring needs and collaborate with leadership on strategic planning.
- Drive process improvements and solve problems using data-driven solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to build consensus and resolve process inefficiencies.
- Leverage talent insights and market data to advise hiring managers and develop candidate offers.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts throughout the recruiting process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to apply sound judgment to resolve problems with complex scope using data and anecdotes to deliver customized solutions.
- Experience building trust with senior leaders and advising them on building talent strategies to solve business problems.
- Ability to run analysis to address hiring opportunities and make informed decisions for long-term process improvements.
- Experience working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Ability to manage complex hiring needs and collaborate with leadership to integrate strategic planning and data-driven insights.
- Ability to drive cross-functional process improvements and solve problems with complex scope by identifying data-driven solutions with minimal guidance.
- Partner with stakeholders to build consensus, influence decisions, and resolve process inefficiencies.
- Leverage talent insights and market data to act as a thought partner to hiring managers, driving compelling candidate offers.
- Champion equity and impact efforts at every stage of the recruiting process, including bias recognition and mitigation.

Annual base salary range of $95,000 to $144,000 USD
