Job Description
The role involves managing and optimizing the Order-to-Cash process, focusing on billing and collections operations, to ensure operational excellence and support the company's growth in digital transformation across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) portfolio with a focus on operational uptime.
- Identify bottlenecks in billing and collection processes and implement rapid-response solutions.
- Conduct market research to benchmark O2C performance and translate industry best practices into actionable roadmaps.
- Monitor and analyze core business metrics to generate insights and recommend actions to leadership.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for daily O2C operations, ensuring agile pivots do not disrupt downstream workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience navigating the nitty-gritty of invoicing and collections.
- A fixer mentality you enjoy getting your hands dirty to solve a process gap rather than just reporting on it.
- Ability to pivot between long-term strategic planning and immediate, tactical troubleshooting.
- 5-7 years of experience in a program, project or operations manager role.
- Experience with Salesforce, Stripe, Netsuite, Vertex and Collections Tooling software is preferred.
