Job Description
This role involves managing the deployment and adoption of Samsara's IoT solutions for large enterprise customers, ensuring successful implementation, driving product usage, and building strong customer relationships to enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer adoption of Samsara's IoT platform to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations.
- Manage deployment of Samsara technology for large-scale customers to achieve quick time to value.
- Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage and track implementation progress.
- Conduct training sessions and demonstrate technology to both executives and end-users.
- Handle multiple customer engagements simultaneously and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Mentor and support the wider Customer Success and Support teams.
- Deeply understand and explain the capabilities of the Samsara platform to diverse stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
- Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
- Experience supporting or working with technical products.
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent consultative skills with experience in end to end system implementations.
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders including executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and day-to-day users of software.
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
- Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence to handle a demanding position with high internal visibility.
- Experience serving and supporting large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies.
