Job Description
A Sales Operations Analyst at Samsara supports and optimizes the Renewals sales organization by improving processes, managing systems like Salesforce, and providing data-driven insights to enhance customer retention and expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps to define business requirements, drive UAT, and maintain data hygiene standards
- Partner with Renewal Sales to optimize system workflows and improve processes for scalable growth
- Redesign processes and implement system-driven initiatives to enhance Renewals outcomes
- Develop and monitor operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Own and govern Renewals-related Sales Policies, ensuring clarity, compliance, and consistency globally
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational, analytical, or strategic role supporting a sales organization.
- Strong organizational skills and business judgment with a track record of contributing to complex projects from strategy through execution.
- Previous experience working with Salesforce, Zendesk, and JIRA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with senior and executive leadership.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate proactively in a fast-paced environment.
