The Renewals Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve customer renewal retention and growth by creating enablement programs, training materials, and change management initiatives to support the global Renewals organization in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement enablement strategies, programs, and playbooks to improve renewal team performance.
Create and execute change management initiatives to support company-wide shifts and maintain productivity.
Design and deliver training materials, messaging, and playbooks for the Renewals team.
Translate complex data and strategies into field-ready tools and processes for renewal professionals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn analytical insights into actionable intervention plans.
Coach renewal professionals to adopt new processes and tools, ensuring successful implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university.
5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, or related fields, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Prior experience in a sales or account management role with a quota-carrying background, with enterprise or technical sales experience preferred to ensure credibility with the field.
Proven ability to coach sales leadership as change agents to drive adoption of new processes and tools.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain technical product features through the lens of customer impact.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
Ability to work remotely within North America.
