  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, specifications, and prototyping processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and marketing to support strategic deals and product adoption.
  • Build domain expertise in maintenance operations and establish strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years in a software product management role, with demonstrated experience building a new product or business from early stages.

  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to enterprise customers, senior executives, and cross-functional teams, and writing clear strategy documents and concise product specs.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity, with a proactive approach to figuring out what needs to be done and moving forward.
  • History of working on successful B2B enterprise products and working directly with large customers with 100K ARR or more.
