Job Description
A dynamic sales role focused on bringing IoT solutions to mid-sized customers across various industries, involving building relationships, managing complex sales processes, and closing deals to help improve operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new mid-sized customers through research and cold calling
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with customers to earn trust
- Manage the sales process including conducting POCs, trials, and negotiations
- Close new deals ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 in annual revenue
- Learn about diverse industries and understand customer business operations
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve performance
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
- Experience independently closing new deals larger than 10,000 CAD in annual revenue.
- Must be located in Canada.
- Proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
- Experience selling in the midmarket space with medium to large deal sizes.
- Experience with high-volume cold calling.
- Must demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to be collaborative with teammates and in the selling process.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC).
