Job Description
This role involves designing and implementing integration solutions between GIS and BIM systems to enable seamless data sharing and automation for infrastructure projects, supporting collaboration among industry professionals and ensuring compliance with evolving standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement integration between ArcGIS geospatial cloud and cloud-based BIM systems
- Develop RESTful APIs to connect GIS and BIM platforms
- Create Typescript components and widgets compatible with ArcGIS Experience Builder
- Develop geoprocessing tools to automate BIM data linking and migration to ArcGIS
- Communicate with industry developers to extend ArcGIS for AEC and BIM industries
- Design real-time and batch data pipelines for synchronizing BIM data with GIS
- Construct micro-service pipelines for managing large BIM datasets
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of software product development experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing cloud infrastructure, backend services, and data pipelines.
- Exceptional understanding and proficiency in at least two of the following languages and tools: TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS, Bootstrap, React, Angular, or extensive experience with C , .NET, and/or Python.
- Knowledge of Agile software engineering processes and proficiency with git.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
