Job Description
The role involves working with customers to demonstrate the value of Samsara's IoT solutions by conducting ROI analysis, supporting implementation, and fostering long-term relationships to enhance operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and demonstrate ROI value for prospective customers to support enterprise growth
- Support existing customers by quantifying value and identifying opportunities to maximize business value
- Conduct quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and manage trials to showcase value through deployments
- Consult with customers on best practices in change management, technology implementation, and customer experience
- Present insights and recommendations to customer executives and internal stakeholders
- Lead Business Value initiatives to improve operational excellence and embed value across organizations
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years experience in management consulting, value engineering, finance, and/or business operations.
- Proven ability to build deep and empathetic working relationships with customers, clients, and internal teams.
- Structured thinker with an eye for value and attention to detail.
- Self-starter who enjoys owning projects and thrives in an unstructured, change-heavy environment.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and driving impact results.
- Strong quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.

Annual OTE salary range of $145,477.50 to $195,600 USD
