Job Description
The role involves demonstrating the value of Samsara's IoT solutions to enterprise customers by analyzing ROI, building relationships, and supporting the adoption of technology to improve operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and demonstrate ROI value for prospective customers to support enterprise growth
- Support existing customers by quantifying value and identifying opportunities for additional business
- Conduct quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and manage trials to showcase value through deployments
- Consult with customers on change management, technology implementation, and customer experience best practices
- Present insights and recommendations to customer executives and internal stakeholders
- Lead Business Value initiatives to improve operational excellence and embed value across organizations
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years experience in management consulting, value engineering, finance, and/or business operations.
- Proven ability to build deep and empathetic working relationships with customers, clients, and internal teams.
- Structured thinker with an eye for value and attention to detail.
- Self-starter who enjoys owning projects and thrives in an unstructured, change-heavy environment.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and driving impact results.
- Strong quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
