Job Description
A sales role focused on bringing the Internet of Things solutions to mid-sized customers across various industries, involving building relationships, managing complex sales processes, and closing deals to help improve operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new mid-sized customers through research and cold calling.
- Manage and execute sales processes including POCs, trials, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Learn and understand the businesses and industries of potential clients to tailor sales approaches.
- Close new deals ranging from $20,000 to $100,000 in annual revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
- Experience independently closing new deals larger than 10,000 CAD in annual revenue.
- Must be located in Canada.
- Proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
- Experience selling in the midmarket space with medium to large deal sizes.
- Experience with high-volume cold calling.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to be collaborative with teammates and in the selling process.
- Familiarity with SFDC (Salesforce).
