Job Description
The role involves leading and managing a recruiting operations team to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, optimize processes, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support internal mobility and vendor management, all to help attract and hire top talent for the organization.
Responsibilities
- •Lead, coach, and mentor the recruiting coordinator team to ensure best practices and professional development.
- •Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding support.
- •Manage and administer internal mobility and contractor management programs, including vendor relationships and compliance.
- •Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, insights, and areas for process improvement.
- •Streamline and optimize recruitment coordination processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- •Maintain high standards of candidate communication and address concerns to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- •Oversee data entry, maintenance, and reporting within applicant tracking systems to assess recruitment performance.
- •Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR team members to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- •Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring processes.
- •Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of the recruitment coordination team.
Requirements
- •Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment coordination or related roles, with a proven track record of progressively increasing responsibility.
- •At least 1 year of experience managing a team.
- •Experience with the Greenhouse applicant tracking system (ATS).
- •Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- •Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- •Proven ability to analyze recruitment data, identify problem statements, and propose solutions.
- •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
