This role involves supporting and enhancing the sales process for Samsara's enterprise sales team by developing strategies, streamlining workflows, and leading initiatives to improve sales efficiency and revenue growth, while managing a team of coordinators and analysts.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales and leadership to develop strategies that increase field activity for the Enterprise Sales team.
Design and refine processes for handling incoming requests to minimize friction and support revenue growth.
Lead initiatives to improve the sales representative experience by identifying pain points and implementing solutions.
Work across departments to prioritize and execute improvements aimed at increasing revenue and profitability from Enterprise customers.
Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing, inclusive team of coordinators and analysts.
Requirements
8 years of experience in a sales support or deal strategy role, preferably at a high-growth technology company with a sales team of 500 people or experience in similar growth or operations roles in a dynamic environment
Significant experience with Salesforce, specifically Salesforce reporting, as well as experience with data visualization tools e.g. Tableau
Excellent communication skills with the AVP levels of the organization
Proficiency in Salesforce.com and the overall sales technology ecosystem
Action-oriented to solve problems on short timelines
