Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research and advanced data mining to identify top talent in the market.
Act as a gatekeeper by using innovative research and data-driven insights to solve complex sourcing challenges.
Engage passive candidates through tailored prospecting and outreach strategies.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for high-volume GTM roles across UK and EMEA.
Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and optimize candidate engagement strategies.
Foster strategic partnerships with hiring managers by providing market insights and competitive intelligence.
Develop expertise in functional and technical sourcing challenges and strategies.
Requirements
Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience in sourcing, including in-house SaaS GTM sourcing in a high-talent bar organization.
Experience conducting research and industry trend analysis across multiple European markets (EMEA exposure).
Proficiency in advanced Boolean searches, competitive talent pool analysis, and the use of specialized sourcing tools like HireEZ and LinkedIn Recruiter.
