Job Description
The Client Solutions Manager at RES is responsible for marketing and securing ecological restoration, water quality, and resilience projects through relationship-building, strategic planning, and technical expertise, ultimately contributing to environmental restoration efforts and representing RES in industry forums.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote integrated delivery projects related to mitigation, water quality, and resilience to prospects and clients in Florida
- Identify and pursue business opportunities by managing external relationships and leading proposal development
- Track permitting timelines, manage deal components, and coordinate cross-functional resources
- Represent RES at industry conferences, forums, and client meetings to build relationships and promote solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams on project pursuit strategies and guide project execution from idea to completion
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a related industry, dealing with complex solutions with a multi-year sales cycle and multiple stakeholders
- Experience assessing and managing project timelines, identifying risks, and aligning teams to meet deliverables
- Experience interpreting financial models and communicating the financial health of deals
- Experience with contracts and key provisions, with legal awareness in deal structuring
- Ability to build lasting relationships and solve complex client challenges
- Ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent written and in-person communication skills, with the ability to bring in internal experts when needed
- Resilience and urgency in adapting approach and pushing forward in a dynamic environment
