Job Description
The IT Service Delivery Analyst at RES provides technical support to employees, manages hardware and software deployments, and contributes to process improvements to ensure efficient and responsive technology services within a sustainability-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via IT ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Support deployment and updates of technology across the organization
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems and assets
- Assist in creating training materials and FAQs for end users
- Support the implementation of security controls and cybersecurity measures
- Collaborate with IT team to identify technical needs and improve support processes
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) is required.
- Five years of experience in a front-line customer service environment supporting technology.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience supporting employees across varying levels of technical proficiency.
- Demonstrated success delivering strong customer service in a technology support environment.
