Job Description
The Strategic Finance Manager at Raptor Maps partners directly with the CFO to lead strategic initiatives, improve operational processes, and drive financial projects, with a focus on high-impact, nonrecurring work and supporting the company's growth in the solar energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CFO on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and special projects.
- Query data and build financial models to support decision-making.
- Prepare board materials and financial reports.
- Drive cross-functional projects from start to finish.
- Focus on high-leverage, nonrecurring work to impact company growth and industry transformation.
Requirements
- Partner directly with the CFO on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and special projects related to finance.
- Spend approximately 75% of your time on high-leverage, nonrecurring work, and 25% on recurring financial activities.
- Be adaptable, proactive, and execution-oriented in your approach to work.
- Be comfortable querying data, building financial models, preparing board materials, and driving cross-functional projects from start to finish.
- Possess the ability to thrive in ambiguity, balance detail with big-picture thinking, and communicate with clarity and influence at all levels of the organization.
