Job Description
The role involves designing and implementing advanced billing workflows, managing technical migrations, and integrating Zuora with other enterprise systems to support scalable subscription and billing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced Zuora workflows to automate billing processes
- Lead the migration from Zuora Subscription Billing to Order Harmonization, including API re-architecture
- Build and maintain integrations between Zuora, Salesforce, and NetSuite to ensure data consistency
- Configure and optimize the Zuora Product Catalog and related settings to support scaling
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions related to billing, security, and revenue metrics
Requirements
- Deep technical proficiency in Zuora APIs, ZOQL, and workflow design, with a focus on subscription billing and payment solutions.
- Proven experience integrating billing platforms with Salesforce and ERP systems like NetSuite, including expertise in configuring 360 Sync and managing REST API callouts.
- Strong understanding of the subscription lifecycle from amendments and renewals to revenue recognition and finance-driven reporting.
- Specific experience navigating Zuora Order Harmonization and a track record of implementing automated billing solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Experience designing and deploying advanced Zuora workflows using Lambda functions, ZOQL, and liquid-based operations to automate intricate billing cycles and data processing.
- Experience managing the technical migration from Zuora Subscription Billing to Order Harmonization, overseeing API re-architecting and process optimization to ensure zero-disruption to revenue operations.
- Ability to build and maintain robust integrations between Zuora, Salesforce via 360 Sync, and NetSuite to ensure real-time data integrity across the lead-to-cash pipeline.
- Experience configuring and tuning the Zuora Product Catalog, security settings, and communication profiles to support rapid product launches and evolving subscription lifecycles.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions, acting as the subject matter expert for role-based security, revenue metrics, and custom invoice templating.
- Willingness to work primarily from the Bangalore office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
