Job Description
The Accounting Analyst handles the entry, processing, and maintenance of financial transactions related to accounts receivable and payable, supporting invoicing, payment processing, and vendor management with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, process, and maintain financial transactions for incoming and outgoing payments
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment processing
- Maintain vendor records and relationships
Requirements
- Experience in accurately entering, processing, and maintaining financial transactions related to incoming and outgoing payments
- Ability to support the accounting team by ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing
- Experience in vendor maintenance
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in financial transactions
