Job Description

The Scale Value Engineer at Celonis is a trusted advisor responsible for driving customer success, adoption, and value realization of the Process Intelligence Platform through strategic engagement, training, and relationship management with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive value, adoption, and customer success across a portfolio of accounts
  • Build and maintain structured governance models at account and portfolio levels
  • Manage critical customer touchpoints, resolve escalations, and support customer success
  • Support development of Centers of Excellence through training and strategic guidance
  • Create and execute scalable engagement formats such as webinars and community events
  • Partner with and coordinate activities across partners to strengthen customer relationships
  • Monitor customer health and mitigate renewal risks by tracking value and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver innovative solutions and manage escalations

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English, able to confidently engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong execution focus for action and the ability to drive initiatives under ambiguity.
  • Highly structured and programmatic thinking with the ability to execute complex projects efficiently.
  • A passion for building new customer segments and managing a portfolio with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Ability to gain customer trust and drive success in limited touchpoints, delivering high impact.
  • Solid technical skills with the ability to quickly problem-solve and support customers, especially in 1 N office-hour setups.
  • Strong understanding of Celonis product innovations and the ability to introduce these innovations to customers, ensuring they are driving maximum value.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to enable others through clear, effective presentations and guidance.
  • Passionate about empowering both customers and partners through training, support, and strategic insights.
  • Understanding of industry-specific business processes and a proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proven ability to support and develop customer success strategies, including building scalable engagement formats such as webinars, in-person events, and online community events.
  • Ability to build and maintain structured governance models at both the account and portfolio levels, ensuring alignment with customer goals.
  • Experience in managing critical customer touchpoints, coordinating with partners to resolve escalations, and driving customer success.
  • Ability to monitor customer health through scalable strategies and provide regular check-ins to keep customers on track.
  • Experience in mitigating renewal risks by tracking value and framing expansion opportunities through demos and strategic guidance.
  • Ability to support the development of Centers of Excellence (CoEs) leveraging Celonis and partner resources.
  • Experience in programmatic coordination across partner activities within a portfolio to strengthen customer relationships and drive success.
  • Experience in developing and executing scalable engagement formats such as online webinars, regional in-person events, and online community events.
  • Ability to proactively create and nurture community engagement strategies, driving content and interaction around specific focus areas.
  • Experience in collaborating with community teams to gather feedback and improve engagement platform effectiveness.
