The Supply Chain Operations Manager for EXA is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain for next-generation AI storage solutions, ensuring seamless delivery from engineering to market with a focus on quality, cost-efficiency, and global coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage the end-to-end supply chain strategy for the EXA product line
Coordinate communication and alignment between engineering, business units, product management, and external partners
Execute manufacturing, planning, and inventory strategies to ensure product availability and mitigate supply chain risks
Manage program schedules and process development to meet time-to-market and operational KPIs
Requirements
Own the end-to-end supply chain strategy for the EXA product line, defining operational frameworks that directly enable competitive advantage in the AI market.
Design and manage the EXA Supply Chain Model.
Serve as the central communication point between Engineering, the Business Unit, Product Management, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and alignment from initial concept through high-volume production.
Lead the execution of manufacturing, planning, and inventory strategies to guarantee product availability and mitigate global supply chain risks before they impact the customer.
Manage complex program schedules and process development to meet aggressive time-to-market and operational KPIs.
Proven ability to transition hardware products from early-stage design into large-scale, outsourced manufacturing environments while maintaining rigorous quality and cost standards.
Mastery of hardware development lifecycles and project management methodologies, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead diverse, global cross-functional teams.
A data-driven approach to identifying bottlenecks and developing creative, effective solutions within the fast-paced and often ambiguous landscape of emerging technologies.
Deep understanding of international manufacturing ecosystems and the interpersonal skills required to manage high-level partnerships across different regions and time zones.
Ability and willingness to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in an primarily in-office environment, in compliance with company policies.
