The Supply Chain Compliance Manager is responsible for developing and leading a global regulatory compliance program to ensure ethical sourcing, environmental and human rights standards, and risk mitigation across the company's supply chain, collaborating with legal, ESG, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and govern a comprehensive supply chain compliance program ensuring adherence to global regulations and standards.
Execute risk assessments and control systems to identify, remediate, and monitor liabilities across manufacturing and supplier networks.
Translate regulatory changes into actionable business strategies and serve as the primary subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
Partner with Supply Chain and Legal teams to develop policies and metrics for ESG reporting and ethical sourcing audits.
Synthesize compliance data into executive-level insights and KPIs to monitor global risk posture and program effectiveness.
Requirements
Deep expertise in global supply chain regulatory frameworks, including a sophisticated understanding of forced labor laws, trade compliance, human rights due diligence, and environmental social impact requirements.
Proven track record of building and scaling compliance programs within a fast-paced hardware or manufacturing environment, with the ability to manage complex projects from inception to audit-ready status.
Strategic communication and policy-writing skills, specifically the ability to distill intricate legal requirements into clear, accessible guidance for diverse global teams and external partners.
Analytical mastery and technical proficiency in using data visualization and reporting tools to track compliance trends, classify commodities, and drive data-informed risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborative leadership style with a resourceful, detail-oriented mindset that thrives when navigating the intersection of manufacturing operations, risk management, and ethical governance.
Ability and willingness to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
