Job Description
The Supply Chain Compliance Manager is responsible for developing and leading a global regulatory compliance program to ensure ethical sourcing, environmental and human rights standards, and risk mitigation across the company's supply chain, collaborating with legal, ESG, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and govern a comprehensive supply chain compliance program ensuring adherence to global regulations and standards.
- Execute risk assessments and control systems to identify, remediate, and monitor liabilities across manufacturing and supplier networks.
- Translate regulatory changes into actionable business strategies and serve as the primary subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Legal teams to develop policies and metrics for ESG reporting and ethical sourcing audits.
- Synthesize compliance data into executive-level insights and KPIs to monitor global risk posture and program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in global supply chain regulatory frameworks, including a sophisticated understanding of forced labor laws, trade compliance, human rights due diligence, and environmental social impact requirements.
- Proven track record of building and scaling compliance programs within a fast-paced hardware or manufacturing environment, with the ability to manage complex projects from inception to audit-ready status.
- Strategic communication and policy-writing skills, specifically the ability to distill intricate legal requirements into clear, accessible guidance for diverse global teams and external partners.
- Analytical mastery and technical proficiency in using data visualization and reporting tools to track compliance trends, classify commodities, and drive data-informed risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborative leadership style with a resourceful, detail-oriented mindset that thrives when navigating the intersection of manufacturing operations, risk management, and ethical governance.
- Ability and willingness to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
Benefits & Perks
Salary range: 153,999 - 230,000 USD
Work environment: primarily in-office at Santa Clara
Work schedule: flexible time off
