A Senior Analyst role focused on optimizing the Subscription Quote-to-Cash lifecycle by managing system configurations, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable and efficient subscription offerings within the Salesforce SFDC CPQ platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end operational configuration and readiness for complex subscription launches within SFDC CPQ
Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements within the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem
Manage prioritization of NPI releases and align operational backlog with strategic monetization goals
Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs to monitor subscription business performance
Create comprehensive documentation and provide knowledge transfer on QTC procedures and system configurations
Requirements
Proven ability to apply advanced professional concepts and established company policies and procedures to independently resolve complex, non-routine operational issues with minimal guidance.
Deep, demonstrated working knowledge of Salesforce.com SFDC CPQ and Sales Cloud, with experience configuring or managing complex subscription or billing platforms such as Zuora or Oracle ERP.
Capacity to perform in-depth analysis on problems of broad scope, synthesize key findings, and proactively translate data and metrics into concrete, executable solutions for process optimization.
Excellent track record of building effective working relationships across Finance, Sales, Product, and IT, and the ability to persuade and influence functional peer groups on technical and operational best practices.
Demonstrated ownership over task execution, leveraging superior judgment and attention to detail to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of critical subscription product configurations and processes.
Experience owning the end-to-end operational configuration and readiness for complex subscription launches within SFDC CPQ, including system setup, compliance, and launch-day execution.
Ability to proactively identify, analyze, and implement semi-routine process improvements within the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem, taking ownership of project execution to enhance speed, accuracy, and customer experience.
Experience managing the operational backlog, prioritizing key New Product Introduction (NPI) releases, and ensuring system development aligns with strategic monetization objectives.
Ability to design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs, ensuring data integrity and providing management with actionable insights on subscription business performance and regional trends.
Ability to create comprehensive, high-quality documentation including complex Business Requirements Documents and provide knowledge transfer to junior team members and end-users on advanced QTC procedures and system configurations.
Work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
