Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize the global supply chain network through scenario development and tradeoff analysis.
Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects from inception to completion.
Supervise data gathering, cleansing, and modeling activities to ensure accurate network analysis.
Perform model adjustments and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, maintaining documentation for organizational resilience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in supply chain network design and modeling, with experience in optimization software such as AIMMS.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel to translate data into business insights.
Proven ability to lead complex supply chain transformation projects, utilizing methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or JIRA to manage scope, schedules, and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of high-technology contract manufacturing, global logistics, and trade compliance.
Experience in developing comprehensive scenarios and tradeoff analyses to inform expansion plans and operational efficiency.
Experience in driving end-to-end supply chain transformation projects from inception to closure, managing ambiguity, establishing clear objectives, and delivering results across cross-functional teams.
Ability to supervise data wrangling and cleansing activities, and establish a robust governance framework for data gathering to support accurate decision-making.
Ability to identify and assess critical supply chain risks, implement mitigation projects, and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure organizational resilience and financial accountability.
Work from the Houston office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
