The Human Resources Generalist provides strategic and operational HR support, including employee relations, talent management, recruiting, and HR process improvement, to enhance organizational effectiveness and ensure legal compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build effective relationships with employees and management to provide HR support
Advise management and employees on policies, procedures, and programs
Manage and resolve employee relations issues in accordance with policies and laws
Coach managers on performance documentation and behavioral management
Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and managers
Support recruiting activities including job descriptions, postings, and compensation analysis
Ensure accurate and compliant record-keeping for HR transactions
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters
Assist with HR system testing, problem resolution, and upgrades
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or related experience.
3 years of human resources experience in a generalist or specialist function in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
2 years of recent experience analyzing and resolving employee issues, providing advice and counseling to managers and supervisors.
Ability to travel as needed 10-15%.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, set priorities, and respond to changing demands, with a bias for action and delivering results.
Experience working with a geographically dispersed team.

Salary range of 77,000 to 85,000 USD depending on location, skills, experience, and education
