Job Description
The Senior Associate, EPC Procurement, is responsible for leading the bidding, contracting, and negotiation processes for wind EPC projects, supporting vendor selection, market analysis, and contract management to ensure successful project development and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead competitive bid processes and develop vendor award recommendations for EPC contracts.
- Conduct contract negotiations and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support vendor selection, bid evaluation, and contract administration.
- Review and analyze EPC bids, contractor performance, and market intelligence to inform decision-making.
- Manage and support the development of bidding strategies, qualification processes, and project specifications.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with EPC partners and internal stakeholders.
- Support project initiation, contract scope review, and ongoing contract management to ensure project milestones are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, procurement and supply chain, engineering, or related field
- A minimum of four years experience with EPC contracting and negotiations or related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of contract language and negotiation
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and document control

Salary range of $112,000 to $140,000 USD depending on location, skills, experience, and education
