The Senior Program Manager, Integrated Operations, leads and manages complex, cross-functional projects within a fast-paced tech environment, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder communication, and process optimization to support business transformation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate end-to-end lifecycle management of multiple interrelated projects within a program, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Define project objectives, scope, resource requirements, and establish timelines and milestones.
Manage dependencies, minimize risks, and resolve conflicts across projects.
Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and develop methods to monitor progress.
Build, enforce, and oversee project management governance, processes, schedules, and templates for cross-functional projects.
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with various organizational teams.
Communicate project updates, progress, and issues to stakeholders, steering committees, and senior leadership.
Research, analyze, and recommend solutions and best practices for project execution.
Identify objectives, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Review and clarify business requirements and ensure alignment with IT solutions.
Manage scope creep, dependencies, change management, and interventions to achieve project goals.
Conduct post-project debriefs and incorporate lessons learned into future planning.
Requirements
8 years of program management experience leading cross-functional, transformational projects programs, with a heavy focus on supporting the business
3 years experience structuring, shepherding business requirements documentation and highly complex cross-functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Hands-on experience closely managing up and downstream dependencies within programs, systems, and reporting
Experience executing Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies and tactical plans, including drafting and delivering targeted communications to support change as part of the overall program plan
Experience managing run-the-business and/or transformation programs for a Global Sales Organization
Understanding of technology-dependent project implementation
Proficiency in program and project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
Proficient in slide deck preparation and presentation skills
Results-driven with strong tactical skills and a focus on execution
Ability to effectively communicate with senior management
Ability to balance multiple program timelines and resources
Ability to influence and make project decisions without authority
Advanced proficiency in the use of project management tools to manage program plans, dashboards, and track metrics
Highly analytical, fact-driven, and process-oriented
Collaborative team player with a can-do attitude
High attention to detail
Project Management certification such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, etc. (preferred)
Lean Six Sigma experience (a plus)
Proficient technical understanding of standard storage industry terminology
Must be able to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies
